Coordinated all administrative and office tasks for the Technical and Clerical staffing/placement departments. Recruited via the internet, career fairs, resume reserves, and referrals. Processed clerical and technical payroll. Handled background checks and all general Human Resource duties. Maintained databases. Coordinated all client and associate requests. Soon promoted to take on additional responsibilities. Attended National Operations Training. Experience provided a valuable lesson in the real-world and underscored the difference between a job and a career.

CollegeClub.com (1998-2000) Community Developer & Channel Producer

At the dawning of the internet, worked on a team to redesign, organize, and improve content on all channels of the world’s largest online college community. Oversaw the Movies and Television Channels. Produced and edited articles, integrated third party content, wrote teasers, designed graphics, evaluated potential content, and hosted a webcam and chat. Created, wrote, and produced “He vs. She” Movie Review and Top Ten Lists. Later headed up the Music Channel. Attended several content conferences, went through Project Leadership training, and managed multiple advertising endeavors.
